The product is superior in its creep relaxation characteristics as compared to the Compressed Non-Asbestos Fibre Sheets. These gaskets are easy to handle and do not harden easily with excellent chemical resistance and heat resistance because they use PTFE as binders. Since these gaskets do not contain any rubber, deterioration with age and hardening does not occur and retightening is possible. Furthermore, this gasket does not easily stick to flanges.
